Emma is delighted to be offering these monthly Yin Yoga immersions at Anahata in Eastbourne. These sessions will be 2.5 hours of rest and relaxation.
You will be guided through a meditation and a gentle floor-based Yin yoga sequence, modified for your unique body. Every session will explore stillness, and gentle movement, leaving us feeling renewed and refreshed. Yin yoga encourages healthy energy to flow freely through our bodies and helps us come into a state of balance. We will finish with a guided relaxation.
This workshop is open to everyone. You don't need to have done yoga before to get the benefits of this.

Our early evening practice begins with a Sound Bath from yoga teacher, Dale, using Crystal Bowls and sound instruments, allowing the deep resonance of sound and vibration to wash over your body and guide the mind into a meditative state. Leading you, without interruption and with stillness into Yoga Nidra from Lucy, letting the words of the practice talk to your relaxed mind as you continue to reduce distractions and connect to your inner world.
Retreating from the to-do-lists and the mental mayhem and indulge in this opportunity to lie and take some 'me-time', the whole event is spent supine using the supports of bolsters, cushions, blankets & eyebags for your warmth and wellbeing.We anticipate this being a popular event so we would encourage you to bring any of your own props, blankets and cushions to guarantee your comfort and please wear cosy jumpers and socks.
