Next workshop coming in the Autumn
Join Dale Ridley and Lucy King for this nourishing evening of Sound and Yogic Sleep to wholly and deeply relax and restore.

Our early evening practice begins with a Sound Bath from yoga teacher, Dale, using Crystal Bowls and sound instruments, allowing the deep resonance of sound and vibration to wash over your body and guide the mind into a meditative state. Leading you, without interruption and with stillness into Yoga Nidra from Lucy, letting the words of the practice talk to your relaxed mind as you continue to reduce distractions and connect to your inner world.

Retreating from the to-do-lists and the mental mayhem and indulge in this opportunity to lie and take some 'me-time', the whole event is spent supine using the supports of bolsters, cushions, blankets & eyebags for your warmth and wellbeing.
We anticipate this being a popular event so we would encourage you to bring any of your own props, blankets and cushions to guarantee your comfort and please wear cosy jumpers and socks. No previous experience is necessary.

Investment of £25 per person. Payment in advance to Anahata Yoga sort code: 40-20-06 Account number: 92164906 using reference AprilNidra to guarantee your space. Please email any questions to or telephone Lucy on 07770570053.

Dates for the new year to follow.

Extend class: Gentle while "Advanced"

Being "advanced" in yoga isn't about standing on your head or arm balances, I believe it is about being willing to listen to your body and mind and the thoughts that come up (the good stuff and the bad) as you practice yoga. A class suitable for practitioners who have been on their mat for over one year due to simple guidance and the invitation to go within. This class will be a mixture of asana (postures) with intergrated and seated meditation; some restorative yoga practices using supports and a deep svasana including gentle assists.
Please bring a jumper and socks for warmth and relaxation.
Space for this workshop are limited to eight and the investment is £35. Deposits of £20 are required to avoid disappointment.

To book: Please email for info.

Although the class is scheduled from 10am to 12:30am if you need to take time to reground after the class, you are welcome to pause for a cup of tea, with no urgency to rush off.
